Michael Smith, the CIO and Senior Vice President of The Estee
Lauder Companies, is a passionate leader with nearly three decades of
experience. He reports to Estee Lauder’s Executive Vice President, Global
Finance and Strategy and Chief Financial Officer, Tracey Travis, as the leader
of the company’s IT function. Mr. Smith accepted his role with Estee Lauder in
late 2017.
