Prior to joining his present firm, Michael Smith of Estee Lauder served as Global Head of Digital and Innovation at Mylan Laboratories – a global pharmaceuticals firm headquartered in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. In this position, Smith provided oversight of the firm’s transformative innovation efforts – as well as leadership in the areas of digital medicine, eCommerce and digital marketing. He has served as Estee Lauder CIO since 2017.
