Michael Smith, the CIO and Senior Vice President of The Estee
Lauder Companies, worked with Mylan between 2012 and
2016, and took a one-year sabbatical before accepting his current role in
2017. During his sabbatical, Mr. Smith joined multiple advisory boards and
delivered several speeches, but his focus was on being present with his son for
his senior year of high school.
